Virtual Clinic

Receive care over the phone or by video with just a few clicks. During a virtual clinic visit, a board-certified family practice doctor or nurse practitioner provides assessment and treatment for an urgent care issue over the phone or through a webcam on your smartphone or computer. Visits typically last about 20 minutes. The virtual clinic provider can recommend home care options, suggest over-the-counter treatments, write a prescription or help you find a convenient pharmacy. If you need additional care, the virtual clinic staff can help find an urgent care center or emergency room.

UW Medicine eCare 

A free, secure and convenient way to access your health information online any time you need it. You can use UW Medicine eCare to view, manage and receive the health records from your clinic visits or hospital stays anywhere in the UW Medicine health system. You can also use eCare to communicate with your doctor, access test results and renew prescriptions.

Urgent Care

UW Medicine urgent care clinics offer easily accessible urgent medical care when your primary care provider is not available for a same-day appointment. No appointment is necessary, and we welcome new patients and walk-ins. Urgent care clinics are open every day of the week and staffed by UW Medicine providers who can provide referrals to emergency services or specialists when medically appropriate.

 Travel Medicine

Airlift Northwest

Airlift Northwest, the preeminent medical transport service in the Pacific Northwest, has one mission: to improve health and serve communities by saving lives wherever needed, 24 hours a day – every day. Working with first responders throughout Washington, Alaska, Montana and Idaho, we transport critically ill and injured patients to local hospitals, regional trauma centers or other specialized care centers.
